Cooking Demos

Love great food?  Want to learn more about how to use herbs and spices (including chilli) in your daily cooking? Want to zhoosh up your meals repertoire?

Well this stage is the one for you!!!.  Hosted by Festival Chef, Sally Meaden, along with several of our specialist stall holders, you can watch them whip up their favourite dishes right in front of your eyes.  No ‘prepared this earlier today’ dishes .  These interactive sessions will set you down the path to being able to impress your friends and family with your new tasty and exotic meals!

I am excited to participate for the third year. This year’s demonstration will focus on The Herb Wheel and Saucery, offering simple and flavorful ways to enhance meals using herbs and chilli. The goal is to inspire you by showcasing key herb pairings, taste profiles, and practical tips for preparing fresh, healthy sauces inspired by global cuisines.
